Barbara Hudson Voice
The Alexander Technique
The Alexander Technique (AT) is a system of self-care that helps restore balance and natural coordination to everyday activities. Singers and voice users can especially benefit from the practice of the Alexander Technique.
Voice Teacher/Performer
I like to help my students understand the vocal mechanism and how it works in specific ways for different genres of music to help them sing more authentically and healthily in whatever styles of music they like.
Composer
After studying and teaching Music Theory for many years, and also studying and teaching choral repertoire from many genres and outstanding composers, I began writing choral pieces for the choirs I directed in 2021.
